● Step by step
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward.
- Raise your heels off the ground as high as possible, standing on your toes.
- Hold the position for a moment, then slowly lower your heels back down to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
